I hold a Masters degree in Existential Phenomenological psychology from Seattle University and a Bachelors degree from University of Washington. Some of my interests include:

I am a Certified Trauma Professional and a member of The International Association of Trauma Professionals.
I am also a certified level I Gottman therapist and apply his teachings in my work with couples. I have found his techniques to be very effective in helping couples create a common roadmap to a more fulfilling relationship with better communication and intimacy that ultimately leads to closeness and friendship.
